Project Aim and Objectives
Training Implementation – This phase consists of the implementation of a 5 days training that will bring together 30 participants in an interactive training programme aiming to equip them with proper and adequate skills and knowledge through non-formal learning methods and tools about digital media as tools for human rights promotion and as well as tools to address social issues. In advance before the training, the team will select and notify the selected participants for the training. The team will also make all the necessary preparations related to logistics for the training venue.
Follow-Up – In this phase, the trained participants are expected to get engaged in their community with the aim to empower other young people about digital tools and make them aware of their importance as tools to address social issues and promote human rights. This will give the participants the opportunity to put their skills and knowledge gained through the training into practice.
In specific, during the follow-up stage we want to: Implement at least 5 workshops with the community that aim to educate and empower other young people about digital tools and make them aware of their importance as tools to address social issues and promote human rights. Implement an online campaign aiming through digital media tools aiming to raise awareness about the importance of digital media in our life as well as to promote and raise awareness about human rights and social issues by using digital media tools.
